HF1843 Bulk cargo loader was elaborated by the industry
standard-making enterprise Hangfu during 12 years. Vehicle is
fitted with special airport chassis, imported central engine and
Japanese Okamura gear-box with stepless speed change device,
four-wheel braking front and rear axle, switch gear manipulator
with safety control, hydraulic system electromagnetic valve
controls front and rear lifting mechanism. Italian hydraulic motor
can provide stable transfer operations, safe humanized design of
the controling dashboard, detailed knownledge distribution. The
driver's seat is made of non-pore waterproof material, which gives
the driver a certain comfort (this vehicle has no spring steel
shock absorption). The frame is combined with aluminum strip and
roller, and the front and back end and the middle part are equipped
with rollers. The roller is made of the thickened galvanized
seamless steel pipe to ensure that the belt will not be deformed
after the heavy pressure. The conveyor belt 700-750mm is wide,
suitable for domestic passenger and freight dual-use. Taiwan
Spark's original imported brand has strong abrasion resistance and
good tensile force. The belt loader is made of fine craftsmanship,
and the paint is painted with P American PG, which is beautiful and
reasonable. The maximum uniformly distributed load is 13 mm per
half hour, with high safety factor, which is the best in China.
The vehicle is widly used by international and Chinese airports,
alrady become one of the most stable conveyor belt loaders in the

1, The chassis: we used European technologies for special standard
chassis, steel spring suspension has a great stability.
2, Engine:1,Isuzu 493G3,; 2, Japanese Isuzu C240；3,Japanese Isuzu 4JG2； 4,KOHLER 1903 CTR Tier 4 stage diesel
3, Transmission:Japanese Okamura automatic transmission, easy
operated, guarantee long term safety maintenance；
4, Hydraulic: electronic valve is imported famous Japanese brand
YUKNE. Valve pump is imported from USA Ningbo Keta Co. Oil pipes
are made from seamless steel tubes, German standard Eton flexible
pipes V-type fitted with seal ring joint, hydraulic oil pipe
doesn’t leak for the long period. For oil temperature control we
added oil cooler. Moreover, hydraulic oil tank increased to 80 L,
oil temperature is controlled under the 65 degrees.
Front/rear axle:we chose famous brand HAAM, good loading capacity
and shock adsorption. steel spring plate shock absorption,increase comfortable operations level；
5, Conveyor frame:
1) Is made from cold bend C-type steel. The belt connected with
C-type steel by 304 stainless steel material, controls belt get
rusty and influence on baggage.
2) Belt frame is formed by heating up to 200 degrees, high
precision of the dimension, belt frame structure oblique line is
under the 0.2 mm, which prevents belt’s deviation while working
3) Belt’s driving motor is imported from Italy, high stabilization
efficiency of the movement.
4) Front and rear parts of the belt frame has to the 9 highly
strength chrome-plated rollers, which has pressure-bearing
function. Belt frame’s driving drum is made from galvanized
seamless steel pipes, guarantee that the belt won’t become deformed
or damaged under the goods weight.
7,Transfer system:For the conveyor belt we choose AiAi brand 5
layers thickened belt, suitable for both passengers and cargo,
stable functions and long term operations.
8,Braking system: is adopting international advanced technologies,
hydraulic steering, hydraulic brake,hydraulic drive, driving
stepless speed change, front wheels fitted with hydraulic disc
brakes, rear drum brakes, dual -ciurcuit hydraulic vacuum brake,
flexible operations, suitable for transportation of different cargo
types, good stability, safe, reliable, meeting with international
9,Dash board: during driving all indicators on the dash board
shouldn’t light. On the display screen we added the emergency button indicator light, which indicates the
condition of the emergency button, comfortable for failure removal.
10,Gear lever: while changing front or rear gears, gear-arranging
device should be pulled up. Here is a neutral in the middle. The
equipment has clear operation marks, it can prevent wrong
11,Safety control part:the chassis are fitted with the front
outriggers, Conveyor belt is controlled by hydraulic automatic
balance system. When the belt is fully loaded, the belt speed will
be 13 mm/30 min,strong safety function. Very popular among the
civil aviation on the inner market.
12,General structure design:according to the special chassis
design, engine is situated under the conveyor frame in the middle.
It made vehicle’s center of gravity more stable, guarantee stable
conveyor movement. Hydraulic oil tank, fuel tank, accumulator,
electromagnetic valve are fixed separately on the both sides of the
chassis, so fitting is reasonable. For making maintenance and
repairing more easy we also made a push-pull type access opening.
13,Driving cab:driving cab is made with Chinese technology of
totally enclosed production. It has a beautiful exterior, high
level inner equipment. Front and rear wind shields, good
ventilation and sealing of the both doors. In the driving cab here
is an operational system and the dash board.
